All cancellations will incur a 5% service fee from the time of purchase to 14 days prior to the class date.  Payments are non-refundable after 14 days prior to the class date.  A 5% service fee will also apply to refunds for enrollments that are canceled by the instructor due to the enrollee not meeting the prerequisites or requirements, and to enrollments mistakenly made by the enrollee.  Most of the 5% service fee goes towards paying the credit card transaction fees.  To cancel, email or call 818-434-4828.

Illness is not an exception to the cancellation policy, so please do your best to keep yourself healthy and COVID-free in the days and weeks leading up to your class date.  Please do not schedule a COVID shot or Flu shot within a few days before your class date, as it may cause symptoms of illness.  Urgent or emergency situations are also not an exception to the cancellation policy.

Non-refundable payments from cancellations made after 14 days prior to the class date may be applied towards a future class under the following conditions:  If space is still available in a future class 14 or less days prior to that future class date, you may contact us at that time and request to be transferred to that class.  If space is still available, we will invoice you for a $30.00 Late Cancellation Transfer Fee.  Once the fee is paid within the require timeframe stated at the time the invoice is sent, we will add you to the class.

Class may be canceled by the instructor 1-2 weeks prior to the class due to lack of registration or payments, in which case any payments made will be refunded in full.  Please Contact Us if you have any questions.  Thank you.
